Oklah...it was past Noor's Birthday. But Zal couldnt care less. He just wanted to surprise her. And Darlz and Me came to the rescue of course. =)
We decided upon buying 5 different slice cakes at secret recipe which was fantabulous btw. Why sliced? Well, there was no whole cake at Marina! Swensens does not provide steel knife. Andersens is either too small for the four of us or too big. And we are definitely not spending 58 bucks just for the cake. Thus, the slice cakes.
We then made our way to meet them. She was super shocked...and couldnt stop smiling. And there the confessions was made. Haha... Zal had to lie to her he was doing overtime when actually, he, Darlz and Ayim was getting gifts for her. Sweeettt...
The gifts given by Zal was a portrait of the two of them and an Adidas Watch that she wanted.
It was very simple yet im sure it touched her heart.
We headed for a movie soon after. 'The Haunting of Molly Hartley'

My thoughts on it? Plot is forgettable, casts are so-so. Luckily, there was still suspense.
Bottom line....Go watch another movie.

My weekends were splendid. Next weekend will be the Terengganu trip with Darlz extended family. That will be a whole different ting altogether. Argh!! Nervous!!
