Its only Wednesday, 1st week and im so worn-out. Lots of changes had taken place at work. Tomorrow, we will have a meeting to voice out our views towards the new changes. Hopefully, our opinions will be heard and be taken into consideration.
On the other hand, I love both my classes!! Though each pose their own challenge, I had lotsa fun teaching them. Both classes are very vocal and more than a handful are very strong-headed. Its pretty funny hearing them settling issues between themselves.
2 funny incidents....*I shall try to tell more*
Incident 1
Lucas and Justin came from different K1 classes.Therefore, they are still trying to get to know one another.
Justin: Teacher, Nicholas banged into me.(Lucas was standing behind him)
Me: That is Lucas, not Nicholas.
Justin: (Looking puzzled) If he is Lucas, who is Nicholas? (Raised his voice and in a panic) Im NOT Nicholas.
I had to explain to Justin, there was no such Nicholas in our class.
Incident 2
I went out of the classroom to take my things.
When I walked in, I saw my class jumping up and down.
Me: Excuse me... Is this a Zoo??
If Im not around, that does not mean you can do as you wish. You are still suppose to sit quietly and whisper to your friend while waiting.
Bellerin(a girl) why are you jumping as such. What if you hurt yourself?
Zi Ling( who was seated at the back): Yar!! Like Jackie Chan!!
It was super duper random that I walked out of the class and laugh my ass off.
This are the things that keep me going. They brighten up my day. I need NO comedy. My children are comedians enough.
Darlz, I miss you so much. I cant wait to meet you...Thank you for understanding my work =)
