i know i've not been updating lately.
been really busy and really2 lazy to update.

he graduated from SP today.

baba been sick for almost a month now.
coughing really badly every night.
maybe its e side effect from quitting smoking.
he got asthma now, something which he can't accept.
da tua ni mcm2 penyakit pulak.
get well soon k baba.
'mak'(my grandma) is sick too.
she got a couple of growth in her tummy and ovary.
and she got a huge growth inside that even the doctor don't know where and how it came about.
she needs to go for an operation in 2 weeks time.
everyone trying to pujuk her to go.
she's afraid of the pain, but she really needs to go.
i've yet to meet her, i'll do that really soon.
i miss soccer so much.
i wish i can still play.
but my left knee is very very fragile.
it can even snap while i'm walking.
what's more running for the ball.

i miss my friends too.
work will always be e primary reason as to why i seldom slack ard with them.
the travelling to and fro, it really beats me down.
luckily Darla stay in the east, sambil2 uh.
and nowadays i'm just too lazy to go out.

My whole fam had a pretty rough night yesterday. Only shutting down at around 2.30 am after all the uncles left. Things have been happening that is scaring the shits out of me. I know Ive to be strong. But right now, I just cant. Thank goodness Ive a fabulous boyfriend that understand when Im in my 'scared' zone. So dear, you antar and ambik I k. Yeah!!Kalau tak, I tak kuar rumah after 6.30 pm.
I know that this whole week will be super duper rough. So just gotta suck it up.
Im very tired and sleepy that it seems to make the room spin.
Even during lessons, I wasnt my usual self. And the kids realise ok. Some of them asked me whether I was sick while others interrogate my sleeping time. ( Well, thats what I do to them. When they complain they are sleepy. So now, its my turn. smart kids.)
Darlz...I totally miss you. 110%!!!

The process of doing the portfolio is something that Ive never experienced before.
Sometimes, Im so tired that even the names of the kids, I got it wrong( filing the worksheets). At times, ill be so hyped- up that Ill do the unnecessary things that takes time. Eg. Using cute star stamps instead of just ticking the boxes. What the heck right..I know. But all the time though, feel like my shoulder is gonna shatter into pieces and my backbone break into thousands different places.
Am I being such a complain queen?? Haiz...cant help it. Sorry If I am..=(
On a lighter note, Im meeting Darlz tonite! Yeah!! Gonna take a breather.
We just missed each other too much I guess. Due to our hectic schedule, by the time we meet; after my tuition with the kids, we just have energy to update each other about our day. Nothing more. So tonight, its gonna be just like the old times. Friday night spent together.
Well, tomorrow gonna meet up with the ''people of the nation''. (cited from Dinah) After doing my work of coz.
So far, the trip is going to proceed.
Hotel= settled. Bus= pending.
Bout the Swine flu, hopefully no more new cases.
We will take necessary precautions on our trip there.
Lets all pray hard. Hehe.

Parent Teacher Conference is officially next Saturday, 30th May.
So im up to my head with checklist, children's works..the remarks..pictures of them etc.
Since Ive TWO classes, this amounts to 45 portfolios. THUs, MEETING 45 different sets of Parents. DIE lah DIE!! Haiz...
So my Battery is really running low.
I cant wait for all this to be over.
Boring post, but heck...just need to let this out...

FYI.....
Portfolios are where we file in children's work and makes remarks about them. There are also checklists for the different domains eg. language and literacy, numeracy, self & social awareness etc. (somewhat like report cards that we get in school) This can range between 10 to 20 pieces of work( These are not worksheets. Worksheets have their own seperate files.).
Parent Teacher Conference requires the teacher to update the parents about the child's progress and shows all the work done in school. In my case, the works are seperated into 2 books(Creative Writing & Blending cum Maths Book) , Worksheet files, 1 Sightwords book and Portfolio(usually related to Art and are not considered normal worksheets.) All these have to be prepared before the PTC.

Abg Iwan and Kak Ain are lawfully husband and wife. Alhamdulilah. The 3 days 2 night affair made everyone tired out of their wits. But it was all worth it. We welcome our newest member, Kak Ain into the family. I didnt manage to get many pics especially on Sun as I was very busy and didnt even carry my camera. But darlz managed to grab some from his. Cant wait to see them. So aniways.....here we go.

Sri Mahligai played at both venues. And we sure had fun dancing as a family to the malay songs played. Even the bride and groom was not spared. About 4pm, I started it off with dancing to the song of Mambo( to the encouragement of the makciks) followed by the cousins. As soon as Ayah saw us, he started to join too. In the end, basically all of us were dancing. Even Tok was dancing to the beat for the 2nd song. It is custom for us to dance during the wedding as we are given the thumbs-up by Tok. He just loved Sri Mahligai. The ceremony ended with Tok saying prayers infront of the bride and groom on the 'pelamin'. I cant wait to the see the pics and the videos!!Truly, I had a lot of fun.
To the couple, congratulations!!
Kak Ain, welcome to the family. Now, you are really one of us. Weee-wit. May happiness always be by your side. One day, you'll just be as crazy as us. =)
To Abg, you have always been my closest abg sedara. You give me the love of a brother that I never had. Im thankful that you have met your partner. I'll miss those times that we played football when we were younger, climbing up the playground, going holidays and doing crazy stuff. Now your new journey will start. All the best big bro!!

I did decorating of brownies with the kids today.
The brownies were baked the night before. For real k....I BAKED!! weee-wiiit..
A tray for each class.
So there we were decorating it..I did one-to-one with each kid btw. And we had lotsa fun with the gooey frosting to the sprinkles and coloured icing.
Damn tiring OK....So im dead-beat rite now. My sentence contruction skills are all jumbled up as well.haha. Thus, the short entry.
But I know, right now, most of you wanna have a fun teacher like me rite?!?haha.....

Adik, Adli, Ibu and Me had Swensens for a pre- Mother's Day Celebration. Unfortunately, Ayah couldnt make it. Adli was super loving it. giggling and eating away. He must have ate so much that he poo-ed halfway through the dinner. Haha. Thanks ekh baby boi!!

Sat was time for a chilling cum discussion session. Ayim and Rye dropped by join us for awhile. Aniway, we planned for our KL trip. Ironing out our plans. Now Im so geared up to go!! So my June will be jam-packed. Yeah. Will be going for two holidays. One with friends. The other with my colleagues; staff retreat. To Port Dickson and Malacca. 3 Days 2 nights. So gonna miss DARLZ..haiz..
Sun was MOTHERS DAY!!! Family gathering at Kak Rin's place since we were also preparing for Abg Iwan's wedding on Sunday. Aqilah,Adik and Me will be putting up a malay dance item. I had to come up with the steps myself. After so long, not dancing, I truly missed it. Aniway, Sabrina and Rita( the younger ones) will be putting up a zapin item. They will also be putting up a silat performance alongside with Afiq and Shahirah. So this weekend, my favourite abg sedara will be married. Friday will be the akad Nikah. Saturday done at Changkat C.C. Sunday over at Kak Rin's void deck. Three days 2 nite affair. Grand like wat!!
My wedding must be better than this!! Haha.

Mon, Ibu and me did our hair. My gift for her for Mother's Day. So there we were at SNIP AVENUE for 5 hours. Cool shop, great service. Now me and Ibu got our own stylists. Yeah!! No more monsoon ok. Very expensive and our stylists keep on changing.
So Here I am back at Work. My children have been touching my hair non-stop. =)=)

Its been a whirlwind week for me. I feel like I cant even catch my breath. But heck, I dont wish to talk about it. Like Ayah said, Work will be work. You still have to do it. So yeah..not gonna talk about it. Except for a teeny weeny bit. Im sad!! My close Pal is leaving. For another job. Will talk about it when the time is nearer. For now, gonna pretend as if nothing is gonna hapen and cherishing the times that Ive left to work with her.

My weekend was a blast..

Karaoke sessions..on Thursday night. After that session, we had our late supper at Lau Pa Sat. Then drove to Barrage for some friendship chat. Not forgtting the 'letting out of air' contest. The last 3 contenders were, of coz, Darlz,me and Naq.
I only reached home at 4 am. So SYIOK!!
Friday: After that maddening night, we didnt manage to go for our JB trip. Sorry , F & N. But we still managed to have our Chilling session at Noor's Place. Thanks for the great food!!
And who can forget the waiter that served us..=)
Saturday: We checked out the bus tickets for KL trip. Super cant wait for that. AND I somehow craved for Coffee Bean. So there we were. Just the 2 of Us. At Downtown East , gulping down our drinks. Now..... I want my Starbucks please!! (which ill be getting this saturday. YEAH!)
Sunday was really a family day. I was at Kak Rin's house since she just shifted and everyone was preparing for Abg Iwan's wedding. which is like 2 weeks away.cant believe he is getting married. But on the way there, we dropped by a flea market in front of the C.C. We bought 2 tops(mine) 1 dress(Adik) and a necklace for Ibu. Spent just 35 bucks. We loveeee flea markets....
So, thats for now. Toddles.
